Dahl Field, a 15-acre park with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, skate park, and wading pool, is minutes away. Matthews Beach Park and Lake Washington are a short drive for days on the water. The Wedgwood commercial strip on 35th Ave NE has coffee, dining, and everyday errands nearby. Downtown Seattle is under 20 minutes by car.

UW campus, Seattle Children's Hospital, and UW Medical Center are all a short 10–15 minute drive — a convenient home base for visitors to any of them.

Good to Know Before You Book:
We maintain this home carefully for every guest. All bookings require a government-issued ID, signed rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit (up to $500, processed by the host). Minimum booking age: 25.

Landscaping occurs every other week and pest control monthly — we schedule these outside of guest stays whenever possible. Exterior security cameras in use for property safety. No parties and events. No smoking and no pets.
